To cancel your Zain postpaid sim online, you need to visit the official My Zain KSA portal. Try to chat with them and let them know you are about to cancel your sim card. They will tell you what things you need to do to cancel your Zain line. You can also visit CITC and cancel your sim card online.

Also, keep in mind that this procedure is time-consuming. It will at least take a week for the whole process to be completed. So make sure that you have enough time to do so. Moreover, if you don’t then go ahead and follow the offline method to cancel your Zain sim card in KSA.

Cancel Zain Postpaid Sim offline

You can visit any of the nearest Zain SA branches in Saudi Arabia. Then let them know that you need to cancel your Zain postpaid line or sim card. They might ask to confirm your identity via fingerprint and will cancel your sim card immediately. This is one of my favorite methods to deactivate your Zain line. However, the choice is yours.
