STC PAY | International Money Transfer Procedure
There is one thing required, your debit card or credit card. Because you will need to add money to the app from your bank account online. Then you will be able to send it right away. You can also use Sadad to add funds to your STC Pay account. Download and install the STC Pay app for iOS and Android. Follow these steps to transfer money to an international bank account or by name.
- Tap International Transfer.
- Select a beneficiary or add a new one.
- Then tap the Transfer Money option next to the Beneficiary name.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Check the box left to “Agree to terms and Conditions” and tap Continue.
- Confirm the transaction details and tap the Transfer button.
If the transfer is a Western Union, then copy the MTCN number and send it to the recipient. Then the recipient can collect the amount from any local bank using the MTCN number. However, if it is an international bank transfer, then it may take up to a week for the amount to be reflected in the beneficiary bank account. However, if something goes wrong, you can cancel the transfer anytime. That is it, easy transfer right from your mobile app. As I mentioned the fee of the transfer is SAR 5 as of today.
