How to Cancel STC, Zain, Mobily, Friendi, Sim Online

The government of Saudi Arabia provides amazing services for both residents and Saudi nationals. Thus you guys can easily get benefits from one of the best online services. That is the Communication and Information Technology Commission also known as CITC. It is an online portal that allows anyone in KSA to cancel any of their sim cards online. Doesn’t matter if it is from Zain, Mobily, Lebara, Virgin, Friendi,  or STC telecom company. You can cancel your sim card online with ease.

However, if you don’t know the procedure then you are here at the right place, I will show you the step-by-step procedure to do it. However, there on CITC official portal, you can check how many sim cards are registered under your Iqama card. So, let’s get started…

Cancel STC, Zain, Mobily, Friendi, Sim Card Online

The procedure to cancel any sim card under your Iqama is easier than ever. Simply follow these steps one by one:

Visit CITC, then click the three dots at the top right and select the English language. Click Submit Complaint yellow button then Person. Register your account by clicking on the Register option under the login option.

After that select Resident ID from the and enter your Iqama number with its expiry date. Add your phone number and you will receive an OTP, confirm that.

This way will successfully create your CITC account. Now in your Dashboard click on the Submit Complaint next to the mobile number. Then choose your service provider, and add the desired information required.

Confirm everything and click the Send to Service Provider option at the bottom right. That is it, this way your Zain, STC, Mobily, Friendi, Lebara, or Virgin number will be canceled shortly. It takes a maximum of 24 to 48 hours up to 72 hours for the process to be completed.

Other than that there are other methods to cancel your sim card in Saudi Arabia. You can simply visit the nearest franchise office of your desired sim card provider and request them to cancel your sim card. They will happily do it for you. So you don’t need to register anywhere and get things done quickly.
